MISS CHIEF'S STORY
When a little baby goat was seen falling from a trailer, a kind-hearted onlooker took chase of the confused kid, who was fleeing across the road. A conversation followed with the occupants of the truck who had no interest in the little bundle. This was to be Miss Chief’s saving grace as the trailer carrying her sweet mother and rest of her flock continued its journey to the abattoir. Without her mother to nurture her, Miss Chief was given all the care and kindness she needed at Edgar’s Mission, where she continues to live up to her name.
