POPEYE'S STORY
On a wet and stormy night in 2013, a property owner stumbled upon six abandoned lambs, all less than a week old. The property owner was able to take care of two of the orphaned lambs; a phone call to Edgar’s Mission was then made to secure the future of the remaining four. And so, armed with warm baby-sized coats and bottles of formula, the team at Edgar’s Mission fired up the Rescue Van and were off on a mission of kindness. Popeye, who took some time to warm to the carers and to accept a life on the bottle is the eldest of the quartet. Popeye would already have had some days to bond with his mother, so it was very sad to witness the hole her absence had left in his world.  Today, thanks to Edgar’s Mission, Popeye lives a life of joy with his friends, roaming the open spaces while enjoying freedom, safety and kindness.

$25 from every print purchased is donated to Edgar's Mission.
